Dr. Jessica Jarrett
Resident
Dr. Jess is a licensed naturopathic doctor with a special focus on craniosacral and hands on therapies. Her clinical interests include diabetes management, thyroid hormone optimization, and integrative approaches to anxiety and mood disorders. She is passionate about identifying the root cause of symptoms and helping patients restore balance through personalized, evidence-informed natural medicine.
Originally from the rural waterfront town of Bivalve, Maryland, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Salisbury University. She then garnered her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. Throughout school, hands-on techniques with intention became her specialty.
She believes in blending modern diagnostic tools with natural therapies, emphasizing sustainable lifestyle changes, targeted nutritional support, and mind-body practices. She works closely with each patient to create collaborative treatment plans that honor both the science of medicine and the individuality of each patient.
Outside the clinic, she loves seeking out any opportunity to reconnect with nature. Through her own sweat lodge practice in Hawaii, she learned the power of mindful breath work and intention to support holistic health. Whether hiking, gardening, or spending time with her new family, she brings the same sense of curiosity and appreciation for the natural world into her work at the clinic.
Dr. Jess is excited to join the team at Lotus Natural Family Medicine Clinic and looks forward to supporting patients on their path to balanced hormones, stable metabolic health, and emotional well-being.
